The web server 3 is provided with a database constructing function of storing pieces of know- how information provided from the corporate terminals 1 and constructing a database, a database search function of searching for know-how information in response to a search request from the corporate terminal 1, a know-how information sending function of sending the know-how information to the corporate terminal 1, and a usage status notifying function of sending information to the management server 4 regarding a web server usage status of the corporate terminal 1 which provided know-how information or the corporate terminal 1 to which the know-how information is sent. The management server 4 is provided with an information fee calculating function of calculating an information providing fee and an information usage fee on the basis of the usage status information.
