Abstract:
To obtain koji-admixed livestock feed capable of facilitating fattening of livestocks, and also causing no adverse effect such as ureteral calculus or diarrhea, on the livestock.
This method for producing Koji-admixed livestock feed comprises adding Aspergillus oryjae to at least two kinds selected from fibrous feed, cereals and organic wastes to make the Aspergillus oryjae grow.
