PURPOSE: To obtain the title konjak liquid easy to be impregnated with a flavor(s) in its cooking, formable to a variety of shapes and coagulable in its cooking, by mixing konjak powder with a powdery coagulant followed by dissolving the mixture in water and then directly packaging the resultant solution.

CONSTITUTION: Root of devil's-tongue is cut into pieces, dried and grounded into powder. Thence, 100 pts.wt. of the konjak powder is mixed with pref. 7-10 pts.wt. of a coagulant. 1 pt. of the mixture is then dissolved in pref. 30-40 pts.wt. of water, and the resulting solution is directly packaged, thus obtaining the objective konjak liquid.
