To provide an L-shaped IC tag for book that can respond to an impact from the outside such as bending in handling or distribution that can cause a problem when using IC tag to control a book, a magazine or the like, while allowing stable reading and writing without null points and having information management function to prevent leakage of know-how such as manufacturing condition.

The IC tag 3 is composed of an L-shaped antenna part 1 and a strap part 2 having an IC tip 12 on a matching circuit, both of which are used while being attached onto a book. The strap part 2 is formed on another substrate separated from the antenna part 1.
