Abstract:
To provide a method for more accurately and quickly detecting fluorescence deriving from each of fluorescent substances with which target particles included in a sample are labeled.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for measuring target particles, including the steps of: labeling the target particles with three or more fluorescent substances mutually differing in maximum fluorescent wavelength; irradiating the target particles with excitation light; and measuring, with a digital color camera, the fluorescence deriving from the fluorescent substances with which the target particles are labeled, through a multiband pass filter, in which the maximum fluorescent wavelength of a fluorescent substance whose maximum fluorescent wavelength is shortest, is shorter than the lower limit passband on the shortest wavelength side of the multiband pass filter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
