PURPOSE: To provide a ladder to be used also as a transportation tool in common which conveys efficiently, rapidly and safely construction materials and safety facilities in one step from a working vehicle to telegraph poles at the working site in an electric or telegraphic construction or the like.

CONSTITUTION: Casters 6, a metal stand tool 2 for a ladder are fixed at the front side of a ladder body 1. An inward-folding metal tool 3 to contain the metal stand tool 2 of radder is fixed thereto as well. A L-shaped metal block 4 is fixed at the middle part and a rack 5 for loads is fixed to the lower part of the rear side of the ladder body 1.
