Abstract:

To provide a laminate battery of which tab part can be adhered at a lower temperature than conventionally and in which the adhesion of resin to the welding equipment does not occur, and which has adhesion reliability comparable to conventional ones.

This is a manufacturing method of the laminate battery having the following (1)-(3) processes: (1) A process in which an electrode body equipped with a positive electrode tab and a negative electrode tab is inserted into a laminated film of which bottom part is folded and bent into two. (2) A process in which a tab resin material made of three-layer structure of a low melting point layer A, a high melting point layer B, and a middle melting point layer C is arranged between the positive electrode tab and the negative electrode tab and the laminate film so that a part may be protruded from the laminate film and that the adhesion face side of the tab adhesion resin material to the positive electrode tab and the negative electrode tab may be composed of the low melting point layer A. (3) A process in which the top sealing part of the laminate film is sealed by using dies heated to a temperature between the melting temperature of the high melting point layer B and the melting temperature of the low melting point layer A of the tab resin material.
