A laminate includes: a substrate; a first release layer formed on the substrate; an adhesive layer that is formed such that an adhesive composition is coated on the release layer and is cured; and a second release layer that is laminated on the adhesive layer. The laminate is characterized in that both of the first release layer and the second release layer are prepared from a fluorinated silicone releasing agent composition consisting of two specific polyorganosiloxanes having condensation reactivity. The adhesive layer is prepared from a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition that includes: (A) a polydiorganosiloxane; and (B) a polyorganosiloxane that contains an R₃SiO_0.5 unit, wherein R denotes a 1-6C monovalent hydrocarbon group not having an aliphatic unsaturated bond, and an SiO₂ unit such that a molar ratio of the R₃SiO_0.5 unit and the SiO₂ unit is 0.6-1.2, so that a mass ratio of (A) component and (B) component is 35/65-48/52.
