Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a laminate which is not bulky, has good carrying and working properties, and can be used as an insulating material and a sealing material at high productivity by a method in which a part is melted only in the surface part of a foam layer having retarded shape recovery of at least one layer to be fusion-bonded to an adjacent layer.
SOLUTION: A laminate 1 is composed of two foam layers 11, 11 and a fusion bonding layer 12 located between the layers 11, 11. That is, the laminate 1 is formed by a method in which the layers 11, 11 compress a closed cell resin foam as a raw material foam within the elastic deformation range of a resin in the thickness direction, and integrated through the layer 12 by fusion- bonding part of its surface at the interface between the surface and the layer 12. The shape of the layers 11 recovers gradually to the thickness of an original closed cell rein foam 13.
