To provide a laminate which prevents the contamination by microorganisms and the like or the adherence of foreign substances on/to the inside of a bag, which does not cause the inside faces of the tubular film to be stuck by pressure, which is free from lower molecular weight ingredients migrating to the inside of the packing bag and hygienically excellent, which excels in gas barrier property, water vapor barring property and interlayer adhesion, and which can easily accommodate to a multi-grade small-lot production, and to provide a packing bag using the laminate.

The laminate 10 has a structure in which, on the outside of a tubular film 5 having heat sealability, a barrier layer 3 against gases and water vapor is laminated through a layer 4 having adhesiveness to the heat-sealable tubular film and the barrier layer against the gases and water vapor.
