External terminal electrodes 2 and 3 are attached on both ends of a mounting bottom 1B where the mounting bottom 1B and the upper curved surface 1A of the capacitor body 1 cross each other. Then dielectric layers 1a, 1b and 1c are semicircular, and an internal electrode 12 alike to the dielectric layer 1a is arranged between the dielectric layers 1a and 1b, while an internal electrode 13 alike to the dielectric layer 1b is arranged between the dielectric layers 1b and 1c. In the same manner, internal electrodes 12 and 13 are arranged alternately between dielectric layers.
