The packaging bag is formed from the laminated film containing a sealant film 01, a barrier layer 03, and a base material layer film 02. The sealant film 01 contains a polyolefin layer with a low melting point. The barrier layer 03 essentially consists of a polymer of unsaturated carboxylic acid compound metal salt. The base material layer film 02 contains biaxially oriented film. The biaxially oriented film has an orientation that is higher rather in a direction perpendicular to the film length direction than in the film length direction. Additionally, among both lateral side surfaces of the packaging bag, a scratching processing 23 is performed on only the base material layer film 02 in an area including at least one of side surfaces of the packaging bag.
