PURPOSE: To provide a laminated film excellent in easy slip smoothness, easy adhesion and cutting resistance and suitable for magnetic recording material, various photographic materials, a packing material, an electric insulating material or a general industrial material.

CONSTITUTION: A laminated film consists of a layer of a thermoplastic resin A and a layer of a thermoplastic resin B and projections uniform in height are formed on the surface of the laminated film in high density by the particles contained in the layer of the thermoplastic resin A and projections composed of shell-core structural particles are further formed on at least the single surface of the laminated film.
