PURPOSE: To form a laminated material having low water permeability and high tenacity, by a method wherein a thermoplastic resin layer comprised of at least one kind selected out of polyolefin resin and polystyrene resin and a copolymeric polyester resin are laminated.
CONSTITUTION: Copolymeric polyester resin where isophthalic acid or its ester formation derivative (A) is 5-95 mol%, dicarboxylic acid or its ester formation derivative (B) to be shown by a formula I (R1, R2, R3, R4 show 1-6 H, C alkyl groups) is 5-95 mol%, and the total of A+B is at least 50 mol% is compounded. The copolymeric polyester resin and thermoplastic resin such as polyolefin resin are made into a laminated material by an extrusion laminating method. The laminated material can be rehot-stretched by a biaxial stretch blowing machine.
