PURPOSE: To implement the high lamination of a dielectric layer and prevent delamination and other structural defects from being generated perfectly in a manufacture method for the captioned capacitor.
CONSTITUTION: When a dielectric layer 6 is formed on a base film 4 which becomes a support having inner electrodes 5 formed in advance, it is possible to obtain a flat surface green sheet by coating a slurry in a small quantity on the part where the inner electrodes 5 are formed while in a larger quantity in a part where electrodes are not formed by use of the extrusion coater 1 structured to create a difference in the slurry ejection amount at a given interval with a provision of a extrusion 2a and a recess 2b at the leading end 2 of the nozzle. An excellent lamination is provided by a heat transfer technique using this green sheet thereby to obtain an evenly laminated form. Hence, the method is suitable for implementing a high lamination and perfectly preventing delamination and other structural defects from being generated in an element after calcination.
