Abstract:
A laminate (100) is provided with a release sheet (21) and a flexible film-like base material (11) which are sequentially laminated on a first main surface of a rigid support (30). The film-like base material may include a flexible insulating resin film, and may be provided with a metal conductive layer formed on a main surface of the insulating resin film. The outer periphery of the support projects outward beyond the outer periphery of the release sheet, and the outer periphery of the film-like base material projects outward beyond the outer periphery of the release sheet. The support and the film-like base material are bonded to each other in a region (8) outward of the outer periphery of the release sheet.
