PURPOSE: To manufacture a conductive case with adequate rigidity, shock- absorbing properties and static prevention performance by assembling a case by means of laminated sheets constituted of plastic composite films of 103Ω.cm or less of volume specific resistance bonded with bonding surfaces of a polyolefin low foamed material having 2W5 times of foaming magnification.
CONSTITUTION: Conductive composite films 2 (106Ω.cm volume specific resistance) composed of 100 pts.wt. of ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer blended with 60 pts.wt. of conductive zinc oxide powder and cyanin gree pigment is bonded with bonding surfaces of a polypropylene low foamed material sheet 1 of three times of foaming magnification by means of an isocyanate bonding agent to prepare a laminated sheet 3. Said laminated sheet 3 is punched in a desired shape, folded, fixed with metallic machine screws 4 and aluminum reinforcing components 5, 5' are mounted on the corner to assemble a case 6. Thus, a conductive case having adequate rigidity, shock-absorbing properties and static prevention performance optimum for mounting electronic parts can be manufactured.
