To provide a laminated sheet for recording concealment information which does not require much time and labor for reading the concealment information.
The laminated sheet for recording concealment information includes an information recording sheet 10 with information recorded on the surface and a base material sheet 20 laminated on the rear surface side of the information recording sheet. Both sheets are partitioned into one region X and the other region Y holding a bending line 13 in between. The peripheral end portion X1 of the information recording sheet 10 is peeled and removed in the one region X to expose the adhesive agent layer 23 provided on the surface of the base sheet 20 peripheral end portion X1. The adhesive agent layer 23 is folded inward at the bending line 13 to be un-peelably stuck on the surface of the information recording sheet 10 in the other region Y, concealing the information recorded in the concealing portion Y2 surrounded by the sticking portion Y1. An adhesive agent layer 25 is provided on the surface of the base material sheet 20 in the sticking portion Y1, to falsely adhere the adhesive agent layer 25 to the rear surface of the information recording sheet 10 in a peelable manner.
