This laminated sheet is constituted by overlapping dyed cloth 2 on a transparent thermoplastic resin layer 1 consisting of a rigid polyvinyl chloride resin and overlapping a transparent thermoplastic resin layer 3 consisting of a rigid polyvinyl chloride resin thereon and heating, pressurizing and unifying them. Therefore, decorative properties of a plastic sheet or the plastic sheet for thermoforming are improved. Decorative properties of a pattern minute in appearance and the pattern or the like are represented and satisfactory durability is maintained.
