Abstract:
To obtain a laminated structural member excellent in reliability without causing peeling off and crack at a joined part in a boundary layer, even when repeatedly heated and cooled.
A mold is used in which an overflow hole is arranged at a position where a lower layer having a desired thickness is obtained, and a sheet-like metallic net is set in advance near a position where the boundary layer is formed between the lower layer and an upper layer. After molten metal for a lower layer member is poured into the mold, molten metal for upper layer member is poured and cooled before the lower layer is fully solidified and thus, the laminated layer structural member is obtained.
