To provide a jig for laminating two flexible sheet materials such as cloths or web sheets without generating wrinkles or the like.

A lamination jig 1 consists of a pair of laminating plates 4, 5 in a spread state and a comb-shaped pressing jig 3. A pair of the laminating plates 4, 5 in a spread state are placed on a flat place and sheet materials are arranged on a pair of the respective laminating plates and, succeedingly, the sheet material is fixed by placing the pressing jig 3 on one laminating plate to be superposed on the other laminating plate so that the sheet materials are opposed and, finally, by pulling off the pressing jig 3, a laminate of two sheet materials is formed. The laminating plates are opened to obtain the laminate.
