The first portable terminal device 31a includes a first transmission control unit 37a and a witness certificate data preparation unit 38a. A server 21 has a server storage control unit 26 for receiving data sent from the first portable terminal device 31a and for controlling so that the data sent from the first portable terminal device 31a will be stored in a server storage unit 24. The server 21 has a server transmission control unit 27 for controlling so that the first portable terminal device 31a and the second portable terminal devices 31b and 31c will send the notification of reception of witness certificate data when the server receives the witness certificate data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
