Abstract:
PURPOSE: To automatically set a control data for a laser beam machining device in a laser beam machining device on which a knife fitting-in groove fixing by fitting a knife for working a long sized sheet metal is formed on a wooden flat-plate knife holding bench.
CONSTITUTION: For instance, the weight of a knife holding bench 2 is measured by a weight measuring instrument 20, and the moisture content of the knife holding bench 2 is calculated according to a measured data relating to this weight. And, in a control device 19, each control data relating to a working speed, a focal distance and a power density in a device main body 18 is automatically corrected according to the moisture content.
