Abstract:
PURPOSE: To precisely execute a laser matching in a wide industrial purpose range with a single device by providing a rotatable optical path converter in a passage of laser beam, and matching a plurality of mutually vertical laser beams.
CONSTITUTION: Diode assemblies 20, 22, 24 are oriented and mounted on mutually adjacent and vertical mounting surfaces 14, 16, 18 of a substantially hollowed cubic housing 12 so that a laser beam is projected through the housing 12. Optical path converters for reflecting the received laser beam at an angle of 90, or pentagonal prisms are provided within multiple point monitoring devices 32, 34, 36 hinged onto laser projecting surfaces 26, 28, 30. The devices 32, 34, 36 are hingedly rotated to mutually match and cross the laser beams projected from the respective assemblies 20, 22, 24 in about the center of the housing 12. Thus, the laser matching inspection and regulation to a mechanical part can be precisely executed with a single device in a wide industrial use.
