PURPOSE: To easily adjust a laser output to the maximum value by roughly adjusting a mirror angle with a manual adjusting screw and intermittently driving a drive motor in such a direction as increasing a laser output based on the result detected by a laser output detecting means.
CONSTITUTION: A manual adjusting screw 29 always pushes a movable part 26A via a ball 27 with a spring 28. Therefore, after the coarse adjustment with the manual adjusting screw 29, when a rotating axis 23 of a drive motor 22 is rotated by a control means 9 based on the detection result of a laser output detecting means 8, a movable part 26A of a micrometer head 26 moves forward or backward via a flexible coupling 25. For example, when the movable part 26A moves forward, the manual adjusting screw is pushed via a ball 27 and a corresponding angled part of the movable plate 12 displaces in such a direction as is being separated from a fixing plate 11 against a spring 28. On the contrary, when the movable part 26A moves backward, the corresponding angled part of the movable plate 12 displaces by the spring 28 in such a direction as coming near the fixing plate 11.
