Abstract:
To solve such a problem that, while imaging technologies to reproduce (play back) an image in the form of a three-dimensional (stereoscopic) image, instead of a two-dimensional (plane) image, are researched in various ways, it cannot be said that a complete three-dimensional (stereoscopic) image is reproduced in terms of image clarity, shape reproducibility, etc.SOLUTION: There is proposed a method in which image data obtained by imaging an object from a 360° direction by a plurality of cameras, deleting duplicate images, and editing as a three-dimensional (stereoscopic) image is projected from a 360°direction toward a stereoscopic image reproducing device by a plurality of projectors. While a normal projector projects image data on a two-dimensional (plane) screen, the plurality of projectors projects image data on a three-dimensional (stereoscopic) display to reproduce a three-dimensional (stereoscopic) image. The three-dimensional (stereoscopic) display is a device to reproduce (play back) a three-dimensional (stereoscopic) image inside the device, the device comprising a panel that has a three-dimensional (stereoscopic) shape such as a cube and includes a transparent external wall. During use, the inside of the device is irradiated with innumerable laser beams to be filled with laser beams. An image reproduced in the laser light display is high in clarity and solves the problem of conventional stereoscopic image technologies.SELECTED DRAWING: None
