A fixing plate mounted with a gimbal device 103 for suspending a lens barrel 102 swingably is fixed onto a support plate via a cushioning material; the cushioning material is arranged further in a lower periphery of the lens barrel 102; external force (impact) applied onto the lens barrel 102 is received by the impact cushioning materials arranged at two positions; and the laser marking device is thereby protected from the impact, applied carelessly to the laser marking device.
