Abstract:
To provide an injection-molded synthetic resin ball material where an injection-molded synthetic resin ball material is subjected to a polishing finish mainly by a laser beam.
A sprue of an injection-molded ball material is grasped, the opposite side is laser-machined only by an angle , next, the sprue is cut, and, with the face subjected to the laser machining as the standard, the opposite side is subjected to laser machining only by an angle . Then, the right and left sides subjected to the laser machining only by an angle are held by a rotary holder, so as to rotate the ball material 1a, and the remaining whole face is subjected to laser machining, and is finally subjected to buff polishing, thereby finishing the ball material.
