In a laser treatment apparatus having a laser irradiation means for guiding the laser beam from a laser beam source for medical treatment to the affected part to irradiate the same and using a protecting filter for an operator along with the observation optical system arranged in an observation light path at least at a time of the irradiation with laser beam, a first aiming beam irradiation means for irradiating the affected part with first aiming beam having a wavelength almost same to that of laser beam, a second aiming beam irradiation means for irradiating the affected part with second aiming beam having a visible wavelength different from the wavelength of laser beam and an aiming beam variable means for changing the use states of first and second aiming beams are provided.
