To solve problems in the layout of bus seats, wherein a method for increasing the margin in the direction across the seat width by the movable seats along the aisle has such problems as not changeable about the seat layout, not capable of eliminating the sense of narrowness for the passenger at taking or leaning the seat, causing a high equipment cost and generating noises to infect passenger(s) with a sense of discomfort by moving seat while a seat layout changeover device of vehicular seats is required the driver or bus guide for previously rearranging in a garage, etc., does no allow any passenger to move the seat direction in accordance with the situation in the bus and does not assure a satisfactory convenience for passengers.

In a large-sized passenger vehicle such as a tourist bus, route bus, etc., one-man seats are installed on each window side of the vehicle body and one-man seats are installed in the center of the vehicle, and thus two aisles are generated. For enhancing the convenience in seating oneself at and separating from the seat, the elbow rest of each window side seat is made movable or the seats in the center are made rotatable.
