PURPOSE: To prevent the occurrence of dew condensation, to exactly measure the membrane pressure and to surely collect the membrane by having a housing body covering the packing unit and the collection unit and performing a synchronization control for the water tank temp. and the temp. of the atmosphere covered with the housing body.
CONSTITUTION: With the housing body 70, the unit P and the collection unit S are covered. In the housing body 70, a sensor 75 detecting the temp. in the atmosphere H covered with the housing body 70 and a second temp. controller 78 which conducts the temp. adjustment in the atmosphere H covered with the housing body 70 based on the detecting signal of the sensor 75 are provided. In the second temp. controller 78, an air conditioning means raising and falling the temp. in the atmosphere H is provided. The temperature of the second temp. controller 78 is controlled so as to be synchronized with the first temp. controller 40 conducting the temp. adjustment of the water tank 20. Hence the temp. of the water tank and the temp. in the atmosphere H covered with the housing body 70 are constituted to be within the specified temp. error range.
