PURPOSE: To improve high frequency characteristics by positioning a part constituted of low permitivity material between an inner electrode and one of the outer electrodes.
CONSTITUTION: Low permitivity material 5 is arranged between an inner electrode 10 for obtaining capacitance and one outer electrode 7. The inner electrode 10 is connected with the other outer electrode 6 of an LC composite parts. Hence a capacitance (stray capacity) between the inner electrode 10 and the outer electrode 7 can be reduced, so that a high frequency signal can be prevented from leaking from the outer electrode 6 to the outer electrode 7 through the stray capacity, and a sharp insertion loss curve can be obtained. Thereby noise elimination effect can be increased when the title parts is used as an LC filter, and high frequency characteristics can be improved.
