Title:
LEADING END WASHING DEVICE OF STIRRER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH0740364
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent the damage to the leading end of a nozzle by winding a fibrous substance around columnar plate shaped soft polyurethane foam to fix the same to the outside of the foam and rotating an outer periphery fiber wound fixed columnar plate-shaped member to wipe off the synthetic resin foam bonded substance of the leading end of the nozzle.

CONSTITUTION: Outer periphery winding fibers 10 are wound around and fixed to a columnar plate-shaped member 11 to be used. Wood or a synthetic resin is also used as the columnar plate-shaped member 11 but, since the wood or synthetic resin itself has no elasticity, vegetable fibers are used as the outer periphery winding fibers. The leading end 2a of the nozzle of a stirrer and the foam 3 bonded to the leading end of the nozzle are introduced into an org. solvent receiver 7 raised by a cylinder 8 to be immersed in an org. solvent Y. After the bonded foam 3 is impregnated with the org. solvent Y, the org. solvent receiver 7 is allowed to fall by the cylinder 8 and the foam 3 bonded to the leading end of the nozzle of the stirrer is wipen off by the rotation of an outer periphery fiber wound fixed columnar plate-shaped member 9. By this constitution, the bonded foam is effectively wipen off and the leading end of the nozzle of the stirrer is not damaged.
