Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leaf spring installation structure improving installability when installing a leaf spring to a vehicle body and durability of the leaf spring, and reducing cost.SOLUTION: A leaf spring is fastened by: a bush 5 fitted in a cylindrical part 31 of an end part of the leaf spring; a collar member 9 fitted in the bush 5 and restricting fastening in the axial direction; a spring bracket forming a space S opened downward, and having a first wall face 61, a second wall face 62, a first through hole 61a formed in the first wall face 61, allowing the bush 5 to be inserted through the space S, and having unequal parts in a distance from the center, and a second through hole bored in the second wall face 62; a retainer 7 having a projection part 71 fitted in the first through hole 61a, and having a third through hole nearly equal to the second through hole 62a on the axis of the second through hole 62a of the projection part 71; and a bolt 8 penetrating the first through hole 61a, the collar member 9, and the second through hole 62a.
