CONSTITUTION: A telephone directory data base (name, telephone number, remarks, etc.) is registered at a composite terminal device (S1). A telephone directory displayed at the displaying part of the composite terminal device at the time of calling is displayed in the sequence of the high calling frequency (S2). The desired opponent destination is selected by the cursor and an automatic dial is performed (S3). When the call is cleared down (S4), the number of the calling frequency of the data base is updated (S5), and the telephone directory data base is edited in the sequence of the number of many calling frequencies (6).
