To provide an LED display device visible even from anywhere in a whole periphery by controlling plural LED display units arranged on an outer periphery of a cylindrical attaching plate and flow displaying a character and a specified character.

This device is provided with a first LED display means 2A of a whole peripheral visible type and a drive control means 3. The first LED display means 2A is the LED display means of the whole peripheral visible type arranging LED display units 2(1)-2(m) on the outer periphery of the cylindrical attaching plate 4. The drive control means 3 consists of a fetch means, a system control means and a drive means. The fetch means fetches an input signal Si from the outside, and the system control means controls the drive control means 3 based on the input signal Si, and the drive means drives the first LED display means 2A based on a command from the system control means to make display the character and the specified character. That is, the LED display device 1 can make a flow-display moving the character and the specified character over the whole periphery.
