The LED lighting unit includes: a shade 26 with openings at both ends, on which a reflecting surface 25 whose inner surface is made in a shape of a parabolic mirror is formed; a light-diffusing lens 7 arranged on one opening end of the shade 26; a substrate wall 16 where an LED module 8 is arranged toward the reflecting surface 25 of the shade 26 at a central axis line of the shade 26; at least one or more of LED modules 8; and a heat radiation part 14 integrally connected with the substrate wall 16 and exposed from the other opening end of the shade 26.
