To provide a lens barrel designed so that a movable lens can be replaced with a simple configuration.

The lens barrel comprises: the movable lenses disposed in an imaging optical system for guiding subject light and moved in the direction of its optical axis; a mirror frame holding the movable lenses, having an engaging part with a through-hole and notch, and also having an integrally provided female screw part in which a female screw is formed in the notch; a first guide shaft that fits in the through-hole and guides the mirror frame in the direction of the optical axis; a second guide shaft that engages with the engaging part and prevents the mirror frame from rotating in a direction perpendicular to the optical axis; and a lead screw that spirally engages with the female screw part and moves the mirror frame in the direction of the optical axis. In the lens barrel, the mirror frame can be taken out in the direction perpendicular to the optical axis by pulling the first guide shaft out of the through-hole.
