PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens drive device which can easily deal with a case where complex wiring is required and can achieve miniaturization and weight saving.SOLUTION: A lens drive device comprises a shake correction drive unit which includes: a shake correction magnet part; a shake correction coil part; and a support part which supports a shake correction movable part including the shake correction magnet part with respect to a shake correction fixing part including the shake correction coil part, and performs shake correction by oscillating the shake correction movable part in a plane orthogonal to the optical axis direction with respect to the shake correction fixing part by utilizing a drive force of a voice coil motor composed of the shake correction coil part and the shake correction magnet part. The shake correction fixing part includes a base which is arranged so as to be apart in the optical axis direction from the shake correction movable part. The base includes a multilayer printed wiring structure composed of a laminated substrate on which a plurality of insulation base materials are laminated and a wiring pattern three-dimensionally formed on the front layer and interlayer of the laminated substrate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
