Abstract:
To provide a lens unit that can restrict the entry of water vapor into the lens unit inexpensively with a simple configuration to prevent dew condensation on a surface of a lens, and provide a camera module.SOLUTION: A lens unit 11 of the present invention comprises a lens group, and the lens group has a first lens 13 located on the most object side and a second lens 14 adjacent to the first lens 13 on an image side thereof. The second lens 14 has, in a contact surface 14a, a concave part 14c that is filled with a fluid airtight material 30 for ensuring the airtightness between the first lens 13 and the second lens 14, and has a step part 14d that extends to get into the first lens 13 from the concave part 14c adjacent to the inside in the radial direction of the concave part 14c.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
