PURPOSE: To facilitate the horizontal erecting of wall panels, by filling up the groove frame sections of frame members fitted firmly on the floor of a structural frame body, with low-viscous standing solidifying material, and by erecting the wall panels on the horizontal upper-surface after the solidifying material is solidified.
CONSTITUTION: On the floor F of a structural frame body, frame members 1 opened upward are firmly fitted, and the groove frame sections 3 of the frame members 1 are filled up with the low-viscous standing solidifying material 6 of wall panel supporting material. After the solidifying material 6 is solidified in a horizontal state, wall panels 7 are erected on the horizontal upper surface 61. As a result, without regulating the levels of the wall panels 7 in adjacent contact with each other, and without setting a level regulating mechanism or the like, the wall panels 7 can be horizontally erected.
