The financial company-side computer selects a specified life insurance company based on the user data and transmits the user-side data to a life insurance company-side computer. The life insurance company performs an examination based on the user-side data to form a life insurance plan, and transmits it to the financial company-side computer or the user-side computer. The financial company makes a loan with the life insurance certificate as the collateral based on the life insurance plan.
