In a developing unit (exchangeable unit) 2 detechably provided in an image forming device main body, a top cover 3 can be removed from a developing vessel 21, in such a manner that machine screws 4, etc., are removed. When the top cover 3 is removed, toner, etc., can be supplied to a toner housing part. After the supply, the top cover 3 is fixed to make the unit reusable. For controlling the number of reusable times, the labels 8 having the display for showing use frequency are successively laid one upon another, to be stuck on, for instance, an inner plate 7 covering one end part having a driven part of the developing unit 2, in accordance with the use frequency and peeled one by one when reuse is possible.
