To provide a lift for vehicle maintenance capable of lowering the height of a vehicle-body receiving part before setting the vehicle-body receiving part under an aero-part and enlarging a height gap from an upper face of an arm to an upper face of the vehicle-body receiving part after setting.
The lift 1 for vehicle maintenance includes an arm body 14 moving vertically and horizontally, a receiving metal part 13 having a vehicle-body receiving part 11, an outer cylinder 16 extended from the receiving metal part, and a cylindrical body 15 formed at an end of the arm body fitting in the outer cylinder. The cylindrical body 15 and outer cylinder 16 include a first fitting part 18 and a second fitting part 19 for setting the vehicle-body receiving part 11 in a fit state to be positioned at two positions of upward and lateral. The cylindrical body 15 has a locking hole 27 and a guide protrusion 22. The outer cylinder includes a guide groove 23 constituting an outer cylinder moving guide means controlling the move of the outer cylinder by engaging the guide protrusion 22, and a lock lever 25 having a protrusion 25a for the locking.
