To provide a lift for a wheelchair of a vehicle which enables shifting of the position from housing to developing without blocking loading or unloading from an opening part of a back door and moreover, without accompanying any difficulty in the action itself.

A folding slope 1 is provided with a first slope 12, a second slope 13 and a link for sloping and so arranged to allow housing thereof into a room of a vehicle at the folded position and pulling out thereof outside the room through an opening part 15 of a back door of the body of the vehicle at the developed position. The first slope 12 has a base end part connected to a drive unit 18 arranged at the rear end side part of an inclined floor part 10 to overlap with the top surface of the inclined floor part 10 in the housing of the slope and the second slope 13 overlaps with the rear of the first slope 12 in the housing of the slope. In the developing of the slope, the second slope 12 is arranged on the extension of the first slope 12.
