To provide a lift dispensing with adjustment and allowing maintaining a platform and an inside member in a connecting state even when a gap between both changes according to moving quantity of the platform.
An inner guide 13 is formed by an outside member 7 and the inside member 8. This lift comprises an arm member 57 rotatally fixed to the platform 14, a roller 58 rotatally mounted on tip of the member 57, an elastic body 59 to push the roller 58 against side face of the member 7 or the member 8, and a spring for return 61 whereto elastic force in a direction containing the member 8 into the member 7 is actuated. By sliding the member 8 in a state abutting the roller against a base end of the member 8, the member 8 is synchronized with a lift position of the platform and length of the inner guide is made adjustable.
