A light adjustment composite plate 20 includes: a first sheet 21 obtained by alternately arranging a first reflective polarizing film, which substantially reflects light having first polarized light and substantially transmits light having second polarized light, and a second reflective polarizing film, which substantially transmits the light having the first polarized light and substantially reflects the light having the second polarized light, in the same shape on a surface of a transparent substrate; and a second sheet 22 obtained by alternately arranging the first reflective polarizing film and the second reflective polarizing film in the same shape on the surface of the transparent substrate. The first sheet and the second sheet are movable in a direction where the first reflective polarizing film and the second reflective polarizing film are alternately arranged.
