As a fluorescent lamp circuit 50 is an inductive circuit, an output of a fluorescent lamp 52 is restrained and the light is controlled when an output frequency is heightened. A fan circuit 60 is a capacity circuit including a phase advancing capacitor 64. When the output frequency is heightened, an output of a fan motor 63 is increased to increase an air volume. Accordingly, the air blow volume is restrained when the light output is made maximum, and the light output is restrained when the air blow volume is made maximum. By the above, such a large power consumption in which both the light output and the air blow volume become maximum is avoided, heat generation amount is restrained, and the size of the light control type lighting device is reduced.
