Abstract:
To solve the problem in a light-emitting device that the luminance unevenness caused by variation in threshold of a TFT, which supplies current to a light-emitting element, for each pixel interrupts the improvement of image quality of the light-emitting device.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device includes a first transistor, a second transistor, and a switch. The first transistor has one of a source and a drain electrically connected to a wire and the other of the source and the drain electrically connected to a pixel electrode. The second transistor has a gate electrically connected to a gate of the first transistor, and one of a source and a drain electrically connected to the gate of the second transistor. The switch has a first terminal electrically connected to the wire, and a second terminal electrically connected to the gate of the first transistor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 32
