A substrate with a first surface and a second surface, a light-emitting diode module set on the first surface, an electric connection part electrically connecting to an outside power source for supplying power necessary for light emission of the light-emitting diode module, a heat dissipation member set on a second surface side of the substrate, a lamp shade either having a space for housing the substrate or forming a space together on the heat dissipation member or the first surface of the substrate, and a simultaneous rotation control device for rotating the substrate and the heat dissipation member in the same direction at the same time make up the structure. In case the lamp shade has a space for housing the substrate, the heat dissipation member is set outside the lamp shade.
